PRIVACY POLICY
Effective date: 2026-10-02
Business: Las Olas Digital
Privacy contact: aidensteinberg@gmail.com
INFORMATION AND PURPOSES
We process contact details, business information, inquiry text and correspondence to respond to requests and provide services. If you use the customer portal, we process Google sign-in identity, name and verified email; project scope and approvals; invoices and payment-status records; support requests and replies; agreement text, typed signatures, consent, timestamps and audit evidence. We use these records to provide private account access, administer work and billing, preserve agreements, resolve disputes and protect the service. Signing into Google is handled by Google; we do not ask for your Google password. Invoice records do not themselves constitute card or bank payment processing.
ESSENTIAL STORAGE AND OPTIONAL ANALYTICS
Authentication and security storage are necessary to use the portal. Optional website analytics are disabled until you choose Allow analytics. You can change that choice through Analytics preferences in the footer. When enabled, our site analytics may record a browser identifier, visited paths, referrer, campaign source, browser/device data and an IP hash. The site analytics endpoint does not store a raw IP address. Hosting and network providers may separately process IP addresses and operational logs. If Google Analytics is configured, it loads only after the same choice and processes usage information under Google's applicable practices. We respect supported Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals by disabling optional analytics. Declining analytics does not prevent inquiries or portal use.
PROVIDERS AND SHARING
We use hosting, database, Google authentication and, where enabled, analytics and email providers to operate the service. We may provide relevant data to authorized contractors supporting your project, with appropriate confidentiality obligations, or disclose it when reasonably necessary for legal obligations, security, or the protection of rights. Inquiry and studio-alert emails contain the relevant contact details and message or activity summary and are delivered to the studio's designated mailbox. We do not use inquiry or portal records for sale to data brokers. Analytics providers may receive usage data when you opt in; avoid treating an IP hash or browser identifier as anonymous. The service is operated from the United States, and provider processing may occur in other locations under their arrangements.
RETENTION, SECURITY AND REQUESTS
We retain inquiries and business/account records as reasonably necessary for services, billing, agreement evidence, security, legal duties and dispute resolution, and periodically review records for deletion or minimization. Record categories and backup/provider copies may have different retention needs. We do not promise that closing an account deletes an agreement or legally required business record. Access is restricted and we use reasonable safeguards, but no service is absolutely secure.
Email aidensteinberg@gmail.com to request access, correction, deletion, a contract copy, or clarification of a data practice. We may verify identity and authority and may retain records where lawful duties or legitimate recordkeeping require it. Applicable statutory rights depend on your location and the circumstances; we will handle requests under applicable law. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers or sensitive regulated information through a general inquiry form.
CHILDREN AND CHANGES
This business service is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action. Updated policies show a new effective date; material changes will receive notice where required. A policy update does not itself authorize an incompatible new use of previously collected information.
