WEBSITE AND SERVICE AGREEMENTS
These terms cover use of this website and customer portal. Merely viewing a page does not sign a project agreement or authorize a charge. When we ask you to accept these terms for an account or transaction, we will identify the version and acceptance step. Quotes are subject to a separate written agreement accepted by both parties. The signed service agreement, scope and agreed change orders control the services if they conflict with these website terms.
ACCOUNTS AND ACCEPTABLE USE
Use accurate contact details and an account you are authorized to use. Keep your sign-in access secure and contact us if it is compromised. You may not impersonate another customer, access records without permission, introduce malicious software, interfere with the site, or submit content you have no right to provide. A customer representative must be authorized before signing for a business. We may restrict misuse or compromised access while preserving appropriate access to retained agreements and records.
MATERIALS AND PRIVACY
Our branding and website materials remain ours unless a signed agreement transfers identified rights. You may retain your own records and use the portal for its intended business purpose. You grant permission to process submitted material as needed to respond and provide the agreed services. Our Privacy Policy explains data practices and choices; it is not blanket consent to optional analytics or a waiver of privacy rights.
AVAILABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY
We use reasonable care to operate the site but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, security against every threat, sales results or search rankings. These statements do not reduce express commitments or defect remedies in a signed service agreement. Fees, refunds, ownership and liability for services are governed by that agreement, not an invoice or an automatically changed webpage. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct or liability that cannot legally be limited, or waives nonwaivable statutory rights.
ELECTRONIC RECORDS
Review a complete agreement before accepting it. Where electronic signing is offered, we record the acceptance and signature receipts with that document. You can print or save your accessible records and request a complete copy or paper-signing alternative by contacting us. Consent for one agreement does not require electronic signing of all future transactions.
CHANGES, LAW AND CONTACT
Revised website terms will state a new effective date and operate prospectively. Material changes to an accepted account or transaction require appropriate notice and acceptance where required; posting a revision does not amend an existing signed service agreement. Florida law applies subject to nonwaivable applicable law. Disputes may be heard by state or federal courts with jurisdiction in Palm Beach County, Florida, unless applicable law requires another forum.
